Before I design anything, I want to understand the problem. Once I know what users need and what the business wants to achieve, I start looking for the right solution.

Funny enough, whenever someone describes a new feature, an interface appears in my head almost immediately. My job is making sure that first idea survives research, data and feedback before it becomes a real product.
